Often, my journey to pair background music with everyday happenstance takes me down routes I would rather not revisit. This piece of music (and the accompanying titles) reflect the experiences I have had whilst dreaming of unpleasantries. The frequencies woven tightly beneath once angelic tones are engineered to promote feelings of unease, discomfort and dread.

Please listen with caution, as side effects include nausea, paranoia and night terrors. Other listeners may be adamant they can hear reversed speech, but I took great care in removing these instances.
